🎁✨ Holidays in the Log Camps: A Timeless Tale ✨🎁

Travel back to the holidays in the Pacific Northwest’s logging camps. In the tough logging camps of the Pacific Northwest, life was challenging. Loggers worked tirelessly to support their families, with the sounds of axes and saws a constant presence. These camps were a melting pot, housing immigrants from the East Coast, China, Japan, the Philippines, Germany, and Ireland. Holidays were not a major focus, but Christmas Day sometimes brought bonus pay, and camp chefs would prepare special dinners featuring extra pies, cakes, and sweet treats.
