The Visit Rainier privacy policy and terms and conditions are as follows:

We will only email you if you contact us directly to request information or if you choose to opt-in to our newsletter. If you contact us to request information but do not opt-in to our newsletter we do not store your information. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you. We will not sell this information.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Visit Rainier conducts e-mail marketing in the form of a free opt-in newsletter to share area information, seasonal news, special events, travel specials, and other Mt. Rainier area related updates, including occasional sponsored content.

Our newsletter provider meets best practices for security and is GDPR compliant. Lodging Reservations

Visit Rainier works with over 70 lodging properties in the region. When website users click the “book now” button on our lodging pages they are transferred to the booking page utilized by each individual lodging property or campground. Should a visitor need to change or cancel their reservations they are required to work directly with the lodging venue they selected. Visit Rainier does not process or store reservations placed for overnight accommodations.

Sharing

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information. Visit Rainier may disclose any information, including personal information, about you without your consent if we are required to do so under a lawfully executed subpoena, search warrant or similar legal document.
