The Visitor Center at Paradise is a year-round hub for exploring Mount Rainier National Park.

The Henry M. Jackson Visitor Center at Paradise is the main information hub for the Paradise area of Mount Rainier National Park. Open year-round, it provides exhibits, park information, and essential amenities to help visitors plan and enjoy their time on the mountain.

What to Expect Inside
Step inside to explore exhibits on glaciers, geology, wildlife, and the park’s unique ecosystems. A short film shown in the theater introduces the landscape and highlights the importance of preservation. Park rangers are on hand to answer questions and help you plan your visit.

Paradise is located 19 miles east of the Nisqually Entrance and 12 miles east of Longmire. Be sure to check road status before you go. The visitor center is within walking distance of the historic Paradise Inn.
