You’ll have the comforts of home with a kitchen, washer/dryer, loft bedroom with queen and twin beds, and entertainment options including flat-screen TVs and Chromecast streaming. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate RV parking and pet-friendly amenities, ensuring a memorable stay for all. Please note the stairway to the sleeping loft is steep. Young children may require assistance and the stairs will be challenging for people with limited mobility.

Quiet Hours: 10pm-9am

Respect the community’s tranquility during quiet hours. Please observe the posted quiet hours to minimize noise disturbances.

Drones:

Before flying drones in the area, kindly seek permission from the property manager.

Speed Limit 15-20 MPH:

For the safety and well-being of our community, all drivers must adhere to a maximum speed of 20mph on the road leading to the property. Speeding over 20mph is not acceptable and will be promptly reported by community members.

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly limited to outdoor areas with gravel surfaces only. Smoking near bark or foliage areas is prohibited. Exercise caution and responsibly dispose of smoking materials due to the cottage’s natural surroundings.

Guest Policy:

Only registered guests are permitted on the property during your stay. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited without prior consent. The policy is closely monitored to maintain a secure environment for all.

Pets:

Furry companions are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a pet fee of $15 per pet per day. Indoor dogs are limited to 25lbs (please inquire for larger breeds), while there is no size restriction for outdoor dogs. The cottage features a fully fenced backyard where dogs can roam off-leash under supervision. However, dogs must be leashed when outside the fenced area or on community walking trails to ensure compliance with community regulations.

Property Access:

Access to the Tahoma Ridge Cottage requires a vehicle, and the final stretch of the journey involves driving on a gravel road. Please maintain a speed of under 20mph on this road to show consideration for the community.

The cottage is equipped with a range of amenities for your comfort and convenience, including kitchen essentials, linens, toiletries, entertainment options, and safety equipment. However, please note that all activities on the property are undertaken at your own risk, and guests are advised to exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines.

Liability Waiver:

By booking the Tahoma Ridge Cottage, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay. Guests agree to waive any claims against the property owner, host, and Lakeview Getaways, LLC for incidents on the property.
