Just 19 miles from the Nisqually Entrance to Mount Rainier National Park, the campground is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. A boat launch and dock provide easy access to water activities, while fishing fans can purchase WDFW licenses and Discover Passes right on-site.
Operated by the Mineral Lake Lions Club, this 12-acre campground has been welcoming guests since 1952. Campsite rates start at $35 per night, accommodating everything from cozy tents to RVs up to 60 feet long. Select sites feature water and electricity hookups, while lakeside tent sites include fire rings and picnic tables. A camper-exclusive dump station is available for $30 per use, and the recently added shower building offers private stalls at $2 for 5 minutes.
Special events make this campground even more memorable. Each April, the Mineral Lake Fishing Derby celebrates the opening of fishing season, and in July, guests can enjoy a weekend of fishing, freedom, and fireworks.
