EZ Times Outfitters have welcomed visitors for guided trail rides near Mount Rainier since 1989.

Enjoy the natural beauty of the forest and foothills south of Mount Rainier on horseback. EZ Times Outfitters offers experienced guides and trained horses familiar with the trails for all levels of riders. Choose a guided trip by the hour, two or three-hour trail rides. Trail rides depart, rain or shine, year-round from the small town of Elbe, Washington. Walks up welcomed during the summer and fall months. Summer hours are daily 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Winter hours vary. Reservations suggested during the winter.

Families with children can “double-up” and ride with one adult and one child on the same horse as long as the combined weight does not exceed 250 lbs and the trails are dry. During wetter weather families are not able to “double-up” and ride on the same horse. For families traveling with younger children, hand-led pony rides are available near the stables. Weight limit of 250 LBS per rider.

Enjoy the forest and foothills south of Mount Rainier. Take a romantic ride along the Nisqually River or a sunset ride. There are many different trails available and the farther you venture into the Elbe hills, the more beautiful it gets. The easier trails meander through alder, cottonwood, fir and hemlock forests with all kinds of ferns, berries, and wildflowers. During the fall it’s nice to grab a handful of huckleberries or blackberries, as you ride along.
