Deer Hideout is a secluded 1-bedroom log cabin with a private hot tub, wood-burning stove, BBQ, and fire pit.
Deer like to quietly stroll through the forest surrounding this private log cabin. Guests of Deer Hideout have access to Starlink WIFI, (High-Speed Wifi – 95mbps). Additional amenities include a Level 2 EV Charger and guest laundry. The cabin has an open floor plan, contemporary décor, and big windows to take advantage of natural light and forest views. The kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, cookware, dishwasher, chef’s knives, and essential cooking items. The bedroom has a rustic log king-size bed, plus bunk beds. This cabin accommodates a maximum of four people.
The covered hot tub ensures guests can enjoy a relaxing soak rain or shine.
On the deck outside, there is a 6-burner BBQ and a picnic table for outdoor dining. Views of the forest are plentiful making this cabin feel remote. Play giant Connect Four and corn hole outside, or curl up on the couch by the window with evergreen trees all around. Cozy up to the campfire or soak in the hot tub under the starry night sky. The quiet community and low light pollution make this a peaceful place.
Deer Hideout is 6 miles from the Nisqually Entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. 2 hours from Seattle. 2 and a half hours from Portland. This scenic space is surrounded by evergreen trees and hiking trails for a relaxing retreat in the small town of Ashford. Washington’s tallest peak, Mt. Rainier, is a scenic drive along Highway 706. Additional hiking or snowshoeing can be found along the nearby Mount Tahoma Trails.
