Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bathroom, along with a cozy loft area featuring a full-sized bed and trundle bed, perfect for additional guests.

The main floor boasts a secondary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, another bathroom, a kitchen, living and dining area. Policies

  1. Minimum Stay Requirement: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings.
  2. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent the property.
  3. Internet Access: While the property offers broadband internet, please note that due to its rural location, occasional outages may occur. Continuous WIFI operation is not guaranteed 24/7, 365 days a year. The satellite internet typically operates at around 30 mbps.
  4. Winter Weather Advisory: During winter months, snow and ice may be present in the neighborhood. It is advisable to bring an All-Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicle for safe transportation. Although efforts are made to keep the driveway plowed, guests should be prepared for driving in snowy and icy conditions, which are weather-dependent.
  5. Snow Chains Requirement: Tire chains are mandatory for vehicles from November to May if traveling to Mt. Rainier National Park.
  6. Check-in and Check-out Times:
    • Check-in: 3:00 PM
    • Check-out: 10:00 AM
  7. Payment Policy:
    • 50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of reservation.
    • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the arrival date.
    • All prepayments are non-refundable.
  8. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  9. Septic System Usage: This vacation rental utilizes a septic system, typical of rural properties. Guests are requested to refrain from flushing anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the septic system.
  10. Holiday Lake Swimming Hours: Swimming at Holiday Lake is permitted from sunrise to sunset. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that swimming is seasonal, and the lake is closed during winter and/or icy conditions.
  11. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended. The yard is open and not fenced, so pets must be under the owner’s control. Proper disposal of pet waste is required at the lake and Rainier Mountain Retreat property.
  12. Fire Pit Usage: Firewood is not provided. It can be purchased at Jacob’s Barbershop or the Ashford General Store. Guests must comply with any temporary burn bans imposed by Lewis County.
