The Mineral Schoolhouse is a historic gem in Mineral, WA. Originally built in 1947, this vintage schoolhouse has been transformed into a welcoming vacation rental. Guests have easy access to walk to Mineral Lake or drive 15 minutes to the Nisqually entrance of Mount Rainier National Park.
The schoolhouse has a total of six bedrooms. Four large classrooms and the principal’s office and admin office have been converted into guest rooms. There’s plenty of space for up to 16 guests to relax and unwind. There are two large restrooms, each with private shower areas.
Inside, discover a spacious common room with a commercial kitchen and dining area, perfect for gatherings of 20+ friends and family. Enjoy board games, movies, or quiet reading spots. The Mineral Schoolhouse is ideal for retreats of all kinds. Whether you’re planning a yoga retreat, writing workshop, or team-building getaway, our versatile space provides the perfect backdrop for inspiration and connection. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, with parking available for up to 12 cars and sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests. Have a larger group?
