VIBRANT VISITRAINIER.COM UPGRADES ENHANCE TRIP PLANNING
Mt. Rainier, WA.- Travel preparation to Washington State’s favorite natural icon is now more appealing, intuitive, and effective than ever before. VisitRainier.com has unveiled its newly upgraded website for travelers.
“We have added bigger, more vibrant images to showcase our beautiful mountain, as well as richer content in an effort to leave no visitor questions unanswered,” said Mary Kay Nelson, executive director of Visit Rainier. “Last year VisitRainier.com welcomed 600,000 unique visitors to the website. All the information visitors have used in the past is still available, but we have boosted the site’s evolution by introducing cross-platform integration into its desktop, mobile and other online offerings. More travel material and improved navigation make trip planning easier. All upgrades were done with our visitors in mind.”
Weather and Road Conditions, Lodging Information, and Hikes are the most popular pages on VisitRainier.com. The site also organizes pages into seasonal attractions, local festivals and events, and top travel deals. Visit Rainier also utilizes Jack Rabbit System’s Book Direct program, which allows consumers to search the website for real-time rates and availability of over 60 lodging establishments in the region.
“Visit Rainier is dedicated to assisting travelers to the Mt. Rainier region with making well-informed decisions about their visit to the mountain,” said Nelson. “As part of its objective to provide valuable information to the public, Visit Rainier is proud to be considered a one-stop-shop for travel information. It is a resource with an abundance of information for stakeholders and businesses in the region as well.”
