About The Lodge Near Mount Rainier:
The Lodge Near Mt. Rainier offers lodging for groups from 2 to 70+ people! All Units – The cost to rent all 7 units & the conference room ranges from $1,700 per night (weekdays) to $1,900 per night (weekends). This includes having an unlimited number of guests, as well as exclusive use of camping areas and fire pits.
The Large Lodge – This is our largest unit, our sort of Flagship building that everyone seems to remember us for. It sleeps up to 26 guests and has 6 bedrooms. It is best used for family gatherings, retreats and any sort of group event.
The Small Lodge – The Small Lodge has been many things in its past. A restaurant, doughnut shop, gift shop, and now a lodging destination. It mostly has single / twin sized beds so it would be best for groups of people where everyone wants their own place to sleep.
The Chalet – The chalet is our most versatile unit. There’s a bedroom on the main floor that sleeps up to 9 but has a loft and basement that can sleep another dozen people. So whether it’s just your typical family of 4 or a larger extended family, there should be plenty of room in the chalet.
Log Cabin – Our guests love the Log Cabin because it’s great for groups of up to 10. The main floor features a bathroom, fireplace, kitchen, laundry room and featuring a 2 full-size folding sofa.
Cedar Cabin – The cedar cabin is our most popular unit and is also the most secluded of all of our cabins. With 2 full bedrooms along with a full kitchen, some guests stay here for weeks.
Family Cabin – The family cabin is a 1 full bedroom & 1 single bedroom unit that many guests like to rent out in conjunction with the Large Lodge. It’s tucked right behind the Large Lodge and allows people a chance to break away from the larger party when they want some peace and quiet.
Green Hill Cabin – The green hill cabin is studio unit that can sleep up to 4 guests. It features everything you need, includes a small kitchenette, full bathroom, a double bed as well as a bunk bed.

Located just a quarter mile from the Nisqually entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. The Lodge Near Mt. Rainier is located in Ashford, Washington and has a variety of accommodations.

We accept Visa / Mastercard / Discover except for American Express as forms of payment. 50% of the total amount due will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation. Unless other payment arrangements have been made, the remaining amount due will be charged to the credit card we have on file roughly 2 weeks before your arrival date or pay at the office when you check in.
You will receive a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee, before 30 days notice. After that, there is a cancellation fee.
If you cancel reservations less than 30 days from the date of your stay, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount due.
If you cancel reservations less than 7 days from the date of your stay, the full amount is due and no refund will be given. If you need to cancel, please do NOT call. Please send in your cancellation request to rainierl[email protected] They do need your cancellation in writing. Believe it or not, they have had people try to cancel for other family members and then had everyone show up anyways. So in general, they will only cancel if the person whose name appears on the reservation initiates the cancellation.
Any changes to existing reservations will result in a $20 fee. This fee will be waived if you are upgrading your reservation.
No Shows and Early Departures
For no-shows or early departures; the full amount is due.
The Lodge is not a big hotel chain, so their policies are not set in stone. They try to be as understanding as possible. Please let them know if anything comes up and they will attempt to work with each situation on an individual basis.
Reservation & Deposit Policy
The Lodge requires a credit card on file in order to hold a reservation. We charge a 50% deposit up front and will charge the credit card that is provided with the reservation. We will charge your credit card for the remaining amount roughly 2 weeks before your arrival date or pay at the office when you check in.
