Property Policies

  • Summer months often mean regional burn bans – the property manager will notify you prior to your stay if any bans are in effect. You will still be able to grill & enjoy the sauna during burn bans.
  • WINTER CONDITIONS: Highway 12 and our neighborhood roads are all well maintained during the winter. The driveway may not be plowed or shoveled out immediately during snow events- please plan for snow! Our community may also experience periodic power outages during big weather events – the house is well-stocked with extra blankets and lanterns and we will always be in communication with you!
  • A note on the cleaning fee: the entire cleaning fee goes directly to the cleaners – the property managers use a locally owned small business that prioritizes paying their employees a living wage. They try to keep the guest checkout procedures to a bare minimum. They ask guests start the dishwasher, gather wet towels, and lock up on their way out.
  • 4 guests maximum
  • Check-in after 4:00 PM
  • Checkout before 11:00 AM
  • No parties or events
  • No smoking
  • Pets: – Dogs must be leashed at all times while enjoying the neighborhood. Please pick up all pet waste and dispose in the outdoor trash bin only. – Dogs may not be left unattended at the cabin at any time. The property manager is happy to suggest pet friendly trails, adventures, and places to eat. They have provided extra towels and throw blankets for your pets – please do not allow dogs on the furniture, and be sure to dry off wet dogs before bringing them back into the cabin. – Please be aware that elk, deer, squirrels and other wildlife may be present on the property at any time. The property managers have a zero tolerance policy for any harassment of wildlife, which includes allowing dogs to chase, bark, or otherwise scare or harm wildlife.
