From that instant, you are enchanted by the possibilities of your lifetime together, while your guests are in awe of the lush forests, rolling meadows, serene lake, and glowing hillsides. All are delighted with the sights and sounds of wildlife.
The Hellyer Center offers a unique and secluded location within Northwest Trek’s Free-Roaming Area to host your special event. Enjoy gazing across Horseshoe Lake, with a backdrop of native Northwest animals in the green of yearlong foliage. This location accommodates ceremonies for up to 120 guests and is available for day or evening events. Wintertime events are limited to accommodate a maximum of 50 guests. Audio-visual system available.
The Picnic Pavilion, encircled by a native rain garden, sits in the heart of the park as the ideal location for hosting larger receptions. The covered Pavilion seats up to 150 people. The adjoining meadow can accommodate larger groups of 500 and is available for late day and evening rental.
The Forest Café offers a warm, rustic atmosphere complete with a towering stone gas fireplace. Its private indoor location captures the incomparable beauty of the Northwest within its walls. Available in the evening only and with seating for up to 70 guests, this venue is best used for winter celebrations.
