Named for the lumber mill credited with the boom days in Eatonville, the MILL HAUS CIDER CO. is open. The owners believe in local. In fact, their mission is to celebrate the tradition and warmth of the small, rural community heritage while embracing the excitement of bold, new flavors. Visitors can enjoy award-winning cider handcrafted from sweet, crisp, locally grown apples. The restaurant and taproom are open Wednesday through Sunday in the afternoon and evenings. Closed on Monday and Tuesday.
A variety of delicious flatbread pizzas, sliders, salads, and desserts are featured on the menu. The menu will change throughout the year to take advantage of seasonal flavors. In the fall try their fresh hot and “haus made” LOGGERS APPLE PIE with delicious, sweet, and spiced local apples with a heaping scoop of brown sugar bourbon “schlag” (kinda like whipped cream…but better). In addition to the ciders, a few local craft beers are available along with non-alcoholic drinks. Seating options are available indoors in a casual environment, there is also outdoor covered seating.
