Waterfront Camping
Camp along the shores of Mineral Lake at the Lions Den Campground in Mineral, Washington. The Mineral Lake Lions Den Campground offers 105 campsites for tent and RV camping. This private campground is open to the public. Visitors do not need to belong to the Lions Club to reserve and stay at the campground.
About the Location
The Lions Den Campground has spectacular views of Mineral Lake, Home to the 10-pound trout. Guests of the Lions Den have access to a boat launch and dock. The campground is located 19 miles from the Nisqually Entrance to Mount Rainier National Park.
Across the street from the campground is the Mineral Market which offers groceries, fuel, fishing products and licenses. Mineral Lake is famous for trout fishing. The state stocks Mineral Lake with 100,000 rainbow trout fry. Campsites are at a premium during fishing season and especially during the summer months. Owned and operated by the Mineral Lake Lions Club, fees from the campground cover operating costs and help support a variety of local charities and nonprofits.
RV Campsites
Campsites can accommodate RVs 30 to 60 feet in length. 3 sites can accommodate RVs of 60 feet in length maximum. Many sites offer water and electric, with 20 amp, 30 amp or 30/50am. Rates start at $50 and range up to $65 a night plus tax. The campground dump station is available at an additional fee for campground guests only. Camper vans, pop-ups, and truck campers allowed in select sites.

Tent Campsites
The campground caters to campers who are seeking a more intimate and rustic lake experience at a premiere fishing destination. Sites offer both grass and/or gravel pads, and fire ring. Some sites offer picnic tables. Book early to reserve a lakeside tent site.
