Kautz Cabin Suite

The Kautz Cabin Suite is located in a guest house with two other suites. Each suite has a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room has a comfy queen-sized bed with a log headboard, gas fireplace, private bathroom, and WiFi. It’s cozy lodging for solo travelers or couples. A short walking distance from the cabin is access to trails. The guest house has a double layer of heavy insulation in the walls to help ensure a quieter stay.

 

The queen-size bed has flannel sheets and a pillow-top mattress, and there is a quiet AC unit to keep you at a comfortable temperature all night long. Fire up the gas fireplace and grab a good read off the bookshelf! There is a big selection of local guidebooks and nature books so cozy up in front of the fire with a good read. 

Guests will find a mini-kitchenette with the basics: Coffee maker (drip style) and grounds (bring your own grounds if you like), with sugar, creamer, and tea, as well as a microwave and small mini-fridge. There are also mugs, glasses, bowls, silverware, napkins, and a wine/bottle opener.

The bathroom features a shower stocked with top-quality Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with a wonderful cardamom/peppercorn scent. Towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer are supplied. There is no TV, but the WiFi is good enough for movie streaming, so bring along your iPad and cozy up with your favorite show!
