Crystal Mountain introduces its first-ever aerial adventure course.
The new course provides an outdoor summer challenge for all ability levels. Located in Discovery Meadow next to the Quick Stop yurt, the Flying Raven Adventure Course will be a new summer addition to the mountain’s list of activities. The new attraction opens to the public starting May 27th, 2023. All 23/24 Crystal Legend Pass holders will receive free unlimited access to summer activities as a bonus. For information on season pass purchases and perk redemption visit the Crystal Mountain website.
Constructed by Bonsai Design specifically for Crystal Mountain, the Flying Raven Adventure Course features a range of obstacles and elements that test strength, balance, and agility with rope bridges, high beams, zipline traverses, obstacles, and more. The course features a variety of levels to suit all abilities. The adventure course will be open from 9 am-2 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 8:30 am-2:30 pm Friday-Sunday. The course will follow the same operating days as the scenic gondola schedule and will be open weekends only through the month of June, switching to daily operations starting July 1st. Each tour will last 3 hours and will be led by a Crystal Mountain Adventure Guide.
“This course provides a great connection to nature and was designed to offer something for a wide range of ages and abilities. The Flying Raven Adventure Course is bringing something different and exciting to Crystal’s summer programs and I’m excited to see how the first summer goes,” said Crystal Mountain Adventure Programs Manager, Charlie Stewart.
Tickets for the Flying Raven Adventure Course are available now with prices starting at $55.
Participants must be at least 6 years old and weigh at least 50 lbs. The resort website has additional details. Watch a preview of the course here. Crystal Mountain is looking forward to this exciting new summer addition and is now taking reservations for the summer season.
