Where to go for the best sips and brews around the mountain? 

When it comes to coffee, ciders, craft beer, spirits, and wine there are plenty of options to wet your whistle year-round. Here’s a helpful list of places to celebrate and toast to good times at the mountain. 

COFFEE

  • DeWitt’s Elbe Junction serves seasonally flavored affogatos, drip coffee from Olympia Coffee beans, and an impressive selection of gourmet snacks and beverages; located in Elbe.

  • Nomad PNW is a cafe and coffee shop near the Carbon River entrance (Wilkeson) to Mt. Rainier National Park serving pastries, empanadas, custom gourmet coffee, and tea.

  • The Local, is a modern-day general store and coffeehouse serving Stumptown Coffee in Enumclaw, Washington. 

  • Whittaker’s Cafe and Espresso is located in Ashford, Washington near the Nisqually entrance to Mount Rainier National Park. Serving year-round coffee drinks hot, cold, or blended. 

Beer WalkCIDER & CRAFT BEER

  • Cole Street Brewery, Enumclaw’s craft brewery, offering a selection of approachable, small-batch, handcrafted beers. The brewery is a 2 Barrel direct fired brewhouse with 4 barrel fermentation tanks. 

  • Headworks Brewing offers handcrafted ales and microbrews along with sandwiches and soft pretzels available daily. Rotating food trucks. 

  • Packwood Brewing Company, Packwood

  • Rockridge Orchards offers fresh year-round produce, stand and store with ciders with a unique blend of exotic fruits, handcrafted sweet & hard ciders, wines, and distilled spirits. 47 brews in our taproom to fill your growler in Enumclaw.

  • Snorting Elk is an award-winning Austrian inspired ski bar with old world charm and 18 taps of frosty, locally brewed beers along with a long list of hot toddy-type drinks.
