Event Details

People travel to Mount Rainier National Park from all over the world to see the famous Mount Rainier wildflower meadows in bloom. In this wildflower and landscape workshop, participants will explore and photograph “The Mountain” bathed in a beautiful wildflower meadow, mists, or clouds. An easy drive from Seattle, this workshop features locations that include amazing wildflower displays, all with the backdrop of the high Cascades. Participants will also discover areas at lower elevations, where the old growth rainforests feature an entirely different ecosystem.

Learn how to carefully stage your shots in a manner that protect the fragile wildflower meadows, and still capture breathtaking images. This workshop is limited to 8 attendees. The workshop officially begins at sunrise on August 9, however, participants will meet for a short time on August 8 to go over itineraries, workshop goals and get to know each other. This workshop will end after the sunrise location on Sunday morning August 12.

Jack Graham Photography Workshops is an Authorized Permittee of the National Park Service.
