A: Trailers 20 ft. max. Motorhomes 24 ft. max. No horses allowed at the trailhead within camp units.
Q: Are there full hookups for RV camping at Dog Lake?
A: At this time there are no hookups and no dump station. It’s rustic camping, your RV will need to be self-sufficient.
Q: Can I go fishing at Dog Lake?
A: Yes, fishing is technically open all year-long, however, the best fishing doesn’t start until mid-May to late June. Click here for more information from the Department of Fish and Wildlife for fishing in this area. Fishing is very good for stocked, catchable size (9 – 13 inch) rainbow trout throughout the spring and summer. Some jumbo rainbow are also stocked (1-1.5 lbs each). Brook trout are also present. Only one fish over 14 inches is allowed in the five-trout daily limit.
