Escape the city and make yourself at home in this spacious vacation rental nestled in the tiny hamlet of Greenwater. Located 17 miles from Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. Just 10 miles outside the northeast entrance to Mt Rainier National Park. Crystal Rainier Retreat is 25 miles past Enumclaw.
Guests can enjoy nearby recreation on a year round basis.
Visit in the winter to ski, snowboard, snowshoe or enjoy scenic gondola rides at Washington state’s largest ski resort, Crystal Mountain. Or cross country ski the Huckleberry Creek/Suntop area. Spring season offers nature walks to Snoquera Falls, strolls along the White River, and bird watching at Federation Forest State Park. In the summer, head up to Sunrise visitor center to hike the many trails in the Mt. Rainier National Park. There are many beautiful hikes up on Chinook Pass like Tipsoo Lake, a favorite among visitors. Mountain bike or mountain climb. Early to mid fall season provides a chance to drive the Chinook Scenic Byway and enjoy the fall color.
The house provides ample room to recharge and rebalance.
The vacation rental is family-oriented and perfect for families or friends traveling together. There’s indoor and outdoor spaces to connect with loved ones. The kitchen and living room area have an open layout. In the living room, huddle up with friends and family on the large sectional couch for a movie night. Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video are all available on 5 TVs to stream. Or peruse the collection of DVDs, play on the Wii or enjoy one of the many board games. Bathrooms are equipped with plenty of towels and extra toiletries are available in the event you forget your go-to shampoo and body wash. For families traveling with little ones, there are two Pack n’ Plays (bring your own toddler sheets), highchair, kids’ plates, cups and toys.

Outdoors, guests will find a fire pit that’s surrounded by metal guards and comfy wooded benches so the whole family can enjoy a warm night under the stars. Out front in the private courtyard, there are picnic tables and a gas grill, where you can throw a fun barbecue while soaking up the fresh mountain air.
Rental cost includes use of the main house (1800 square feet-2 bedrooms + loft). The optional studio apartment* (320 square feet) is an additional $99 per night (+tax). Request separately as an add-on.
Main House (sleeps 8)
Stretch out in two bedrooms plus loft. Two spacious bathrooms. The mountain style accommodation is perfect for couples and families.

2nd floor loft (above living room)- 1 Double, 1 Twin bunk bed
2nd floor master bedroom -1 Queen, 1 Double in a low ceiling loft, 1 Double futon
Studio Apartment (sleeps 3)
For those that need more space, rent the optional studio apartment that can accommodate 3. This is an additional cost of $99 per night (+tax). The studio behind the garage has a separate entrance and includes use of the garage. Complete with heated floors throughout, full kitchen with table, seating area with TV, large shower in 3/4 bath with washer and dryer. It has its own covered deck and fire pit. To book, request after reserve main house or ask for a quote for main house plus studio apartment. The studio apartment sits empty if the main house meets your needs.
