Our condominiums are situated on a hillside a short walk from the chairlifts & gondola. Crystal Chalets are your most peaceful choice for lodging at Crystal Mountain Resort. We are not a party place. If you are looking to be loud and rowdy, this is not the place for you.

We are 3 separate buildings consisting of 12 condos each. (Black Tusk, Crown Point, Norse Peak) Each condo is individually owned. Although they might all look different, the floor plans and amenities are the same.

Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, etc. There will be a starter package of dish detergent, paper towels, coffee, sugar, tea, and hot cocoa.

All bed linens and towels are provided. In your bathroom, you will find a starter package of toilet paper, soap & shampoo.

Our condos are Non-Smoking and we do NOT allow pets.

There is a waxroom with laundry facilities located under the Crown Point building. Please do not wax skis in your room!

We do not offer daily housekeeping services. For emergencies and special requests, please contact the on-site managers.

Crystal Chalets At Crystal Mountain Resort

Your “Home Away From Home” Crystal Chalets offers fully furnished condo rentals complete with fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, full bath and a balcony. Most units have a queen, or double, bed and a set of bunk beds in the bedroom. All kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, stoves, and microwaves. Most units have mini-refrigerators and all have coffee makers. No matter which Unit you choose, you will find it clean and comfortable. All units now offer 48 channels, including HBO, in stunning HD.

The Crystal Chalets condominiums are situated on a hillside a short walk from the chairlifts and gondola at Crystal Mountain. The condo location requires guests to climb a few stairs (as many as 60) to access the units. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility issues. Crystal Chalets offers a peaceful choice for lodging at Crystal Mountain Resort. They have three buildings, Black Tusk, Crown Point and Norse Peak, house a total of 36 condos. Each condo is individually owned and decorated differently although the floor plans and amenities are the same.

Each condo rental features a starter package with dish detergent, paper towels, coffee, sugar, tea, and hot cocoa. All bed linens, towels, shampoo and are provided.

Property Policies

A $200.00 Damage Deposit is added to all reservations the day of check in to the credit card on file if this does not clear you will be asked for a valid credit card to put on file.
A $45.00 cleaning fee will be added to ALL reservations per check out.
A $20.00 Additional Cleaning fee will be added if you do not throw out ALL your trash or do your dishes as listed on the policy sheet left in your unit.
A $75.00 Early or Late Check-In Fee
A $75.00 Late Check-Out Fee
A $100 Non-Allowed Pet Fee
A $200 Smoking Fee – this includes vaping, cigarettes and Marijuana (we are on Federal Land and this is a Federal Offense you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund)
Cancellation Policy – We collect the entire booking fee when making your reservation. If you cancel 11+ days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 5% processing fee. If you cancel within 10 days of arrival, you will forfeit 50% of the nightly rate (Ex. 2 nights at $199.00 plus Damage Deposit of $200 and Cleaning Fee of $45.00 plus taxes – You will forfeit $199.00 and the remaining will be refunded). Crystal Chalets is not responsible for the weather, power outages or the condition of the snow during your stay. We will do everything we can to insure your safety and comfort during your stay, but do not provide refunds.
