About The Cornerstone:
Outside of the Cornerstone guests will find an outdoor hot tub, picnic table, BBQ, dartboard, and horseshoe pit. Inside the cabin has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and can accommodate up to 8 persons. On the main floor is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed. The living room has a futon that converts into a full-size bed with a memory foam mattress. Upstairs the Bear Cub room has a queen bed plus a twin bed. There’s an additional loft upstairs with a single twin bed.
Constructed in 1923, renovated in 2006, with electric heat and air conditioning added in 2021. The cabin retains its rustic charm with an old stone fireplace, refinished fir floors, age warbled glass windows, and cedar plank mantle.
About the location:
Located in Ashford, Washington a half-mile from the Nisqually Entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park, and a short drive to Alder and Mineral Lakes. The location is accessible year-round. The cabin sits on a site that neighbors 500+ acres of national forest.

Hiking, year-round guided horseback tours, fishing, snowshoeing, visits to the local sculpture park, and scenic drives.
