Welcome to Coho Cabin – your cozy and charming getaway nestled in the quiet woods of Ashford, Washington.

This 4-bedroom cabin sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 beds and 1.5 baths. It’s a popular vacation rental for small groups, backpackers, and hikers.

Relax and unwind in the rustic wooden cabin, complete with a gas fireplace to keep you cozy on cooler nights. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The kitchen has a refrigerator, gas stove or oven, microwave, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Plus, items to make a delicious breakfast—waffle mix, waffle iron, syrup, coffee, hot cocoa, and tea—are provided.

While there is no cable or satellite TV service due to the heavily wooded location, there is a TV and DVD player with a selection of movies to choose from. Free basic DSL WiFi lets you stay connected with those back home, though due to the rural location, streaming may not always be optimal.

The main cabin features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, an open living room/dining room/kitchen area, and a large bathroom with a claw-foot bathtub. The bunkhouse offers two additional bedrooms and a small Jack-n-Jill half bath, comfortably sleeping 4-6 guests with a maximum occupancy of 8.

Furry friends are welcome, and each dog-friendly cabin comes with a doggie basket, including dog tags with the cabin address and phone number, dog towels, a sticky roller for hair removal, dog treats, and plastic baggies. A washable dog bed and food and water bowls, along with a large dog crate, are provided for your convenience. Just note that dogs are not allowed on trails inside the National Park.

Cell phone reception can be spotty in rural areas. Coho Cabin has free basic DSL WiFi and a direct landline phone number.

So why wait? Book your stay at Coho Cabin and escape into the quiet and serene woods of Ashford today!

Property Policies

Rental policies state that check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. The maximum capacity allowed must not be exceeded, including day guests, and no unauthorized guests are permitted. All guests must be 21 years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian. Smoking is not allowed, and a $150 fee will be charged if evidence or odor of smoking is found in the cabin. Unauthorized pets are also not allowed, and a $150 fee will be charged for any violation of the pet policy.

The cabin must be left in the same basic condition as found, with rooms straightened, DVDs/games put away, kitchen counters and appliances wiped down, and the dishwasher started. All garbage inside and outside the cabin must be placed in trash cans outside, and all posted rules for the hot tub must be followed. Quiet hours must be observed after 10 PM in consideration of neighbors, and a noise violation fee may be assessed if a complaint is received during the stay. The cabin must be locked, and the key returned to the key box, with a $50 key replacement fee if lost.

Customers will be financially responsible for any missing items or damage to the cabin, cabin contents, hot tub, and property during their stay and will be charged for replacement or repairs as necessary. Excessive cleaning of the cabin and property will also incur a charge of $40 per hour. If non-compliance with the hot tub rules results in the need to drain and re-fill the hot tub, guests will be charged $40 per hour to complete this process. Guests who violate the policies may be evicted without notice or refund.

By occupying the premises, guests assume all risks and release Rainier Lodging, LLC, its members, and employees from any injury, loss, liability, damage, or cost incurred during their stay.
