Chinook Pass | SR 410

107-mile SR 410, also called the “Stephen Mather Memorial Parkway,” includes the Chinook Scenic Byway. Chinook Pass is located on SR 410 between the towns of Enumclaw and Naches. Closes during the winter months due to snowfall from Crystal Mountain Boulevard, about 12 miles northwest of the summit to Morse Creek, five miles east of the summit.

SR410 from the northern park entrance to the White River road junction (Mather wye) is OPEN

NOTE: SR410 beyond the White River road junction (Mather wye) to Chinook Pass will have a delayed opening of June 11 due to road construction. (News Release 4/30/18).

    State Route 410 Chinook Pass is closed for the season. Due to spring snow storms and a construction project in the Mount Rainier National Park, Chinook Pass will not reopen to traffic until June 11. Chinook Pass is closed between Crystal Mountain Boulevard, about 12 miles northwest of the summit, and Morse Creek, five miles east of the summit.
