At the foothills of Mount Rainier is Bruno’s Family Restaurant & Bar. Locally owned and operated since 2008 the local eatery has the vibe of a family friendly sports bar. The owners named the restaurant after a loveable dog, Bruno never met a person or animal he didn’t like. The patio is pup-friendly as long as Fido is on a leash. The patio is covered and has heaters with openings to provide air circulation. In a hurry? Order online for window pickup.

After your meal be sure to strike a pose in the framed photo stand by the entrance. And if you like local history don’t miss taking a look at the large mural. The mural was painted by artist Larry Kangas in 1993 and tells the story of local history with a close-up of a steam logging locomotive, a logging camp, and the inside of a saw room.
