Jimmy Beech House near Mt. Rainier is a custom vacation rental remodeled with accessibility in mind. This one-story vacation rental offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps up to 8 people. The two bedrooms offer one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. One of the two bathrooms has a curbless shower with a grab bar and teak seat, the other bathroom has a soaking tub. The game room features a pool table, games, toys, books, and two twin-size ottoman sleepers with memory foam mattresses. There is a large screened porch (with wood dining tables and chairs). The kitchen is fully furnished and is stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn, waffle mix, maple syrup, and butter. There are even S’more makings (Chocolate, Graham Crackers, Marshmallows) provided.
Additional features include a fireplace and electric heat, plus a satellite TV, DVD player, and a landline phone with complimentary nationwide calls. Guest laundry with washer and dryer is on-site. Propane is provided for the gas grill and wood is provided for the outdoor fire pit. There is a private hot tub for guests, and cotton robes, towels, linens, hairdryer, shampoo, and soap are provided. This vacation rental is wheelchair friendly with wide clearances, 36″ doors, portable ramp for the one 4″ transition to the game room and second bedroom level. One of the bathrooms is also wheelchair accessible. There are wide paved paths to outside areas and a fire pit.

The location offers comfort and quiet right outside of Mount Rainier National Park. Located 5 miles from the park’s Nisqually (main) entrance, the only entrance to the park open year-round. Jimmy Beech House sits on 3 private acres bordering Mueller Creek, 1/4 mile from the town center of Ashford, close to “town”, but away from the busy highway.
